1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging the services of Hyde Park Sauna Builders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Hyde Park Sauna Builders provides sauna design, installation, and construction services in Hyde Park, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or contract provided prior to project commencement. Verbal agreements are not binding.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract. Prices may vary if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the consultation, or if the project scope changes at the client's request.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before materials are ordered, with the balance due upon project completion. Hyde Park Sauna Builders reserves the right to pause work if payment milestones are not met.
5. Permits and Compliance
Where permits are required, Hyde Park Sauna Builders will coordinate permit applications on the client's behalf. The client is responsible for ensuring that the property complies with HOA rules, deed restrictions, or other private covenants. We are not liable for project delays caused by permitting authorities.
6. Warranty
Hyde Park Sauna Builders warrants all labor for a period of one (1) year from project completion. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hyde Park Sauna Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project prior to materials being ordered with a full refund of any deposit. Once materials have been ordered, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation after work has commenced may incur charges for work completed and materials delivered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and designs — is the property of Hyde Park Sauna Builders and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
